Processing & Shipping
Most orders ship within 3 business days if items are ready-to-ship. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to create your custom order. If you need your order in a rush for any reason, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can discuss possibilities. All of our orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your order. If your order is returned to us, you will have to re-purchase shipping. You will also be responsible for any postage fees that we may incur from the post office. Refunds are not issued due to customer error.
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is incorrect, missing, damaged, etc., contact us within 7 business days of delivery of your order. Pictures of damaged items must be sent in order to receive a replacement. Wash your clothing items inside out with cold water for best results and to keep your shirts from faster fading. If you have allergies, read the ingredients carefully on our health/beauty products. We are not responsible for misinterpretations of the ingredients list. Broken items due to customer negligence are not eligible for exchange. Beyond any errors made by us, all sales are final.
We totally understand that sometimes life happens. In the event you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. If your order has already begun processing, unfortunately we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
